Free ground shipping · United States
Ground shipping is free on all US orders. No minimum order is required.
Priority shipping · optional paid upgrade
Choose priority shipping at checkout when available for your order. The additional charge is shown before payment. Priority shipping does not shorten preparation time.
International shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International orders are available by request only, subject to shipping approval. Use “Need this shipped internationally?” on a product page to request a custom quote. Regular checkout does not accept international addresses.
Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Delivery estimates depend on the selected service and destination; not every service is available for every address.
Processing & tracking
Please allow up to 2 business days to prepare your order, starting the business day after you place it. Business days exclude weekends and US public holidays. Shipping transit time starts only after the order is handed to the carrier. Ground shipping is free within the US. Priority shipping is available at an additional cost when offered at checkout. Transit estimates are not guaranteed. Pre-orders follow the preparation estimate shown with the product.
Once your order has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to you. Use that tracking number to check the carrier’s latest delivery updates.
If you haven’t received your tracking email, check your spam or junk folder, then contact us with your order number.
Cancellations & address corrections
If you need to cancel your order, email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to cancel it. Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.
Please double-check your shipping address before ordering. If you notice an error, contact us promptly with your order number and the corrected address. We’ll check whether an update is still possible; changes after shipment cannot be guaranteed.
Returns
All sales are final, and returns are not accepted.
If an item arrives damaged or shattered, please see the damaged orders section below and contact us for help.
Delayed orders
If order processing is delayed, you may cancel your order for a full refund.
Shipping-provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For a shipment that is delayed in transit, contact the carrier first to check its status. You can also email us with your order number and tracking details so we can help you understand the next steps.
Damaged orders
We take care when packaging every order. If your product arrives damaged or shattered, email us so we can assist you with filing a claim for a refund.
Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, outer packaging, and shipping label. Keep the packaging and product until the claim process is complete, as they may be needed for the carrier’s review.
Shipping restrictions
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
Items subject to air-transportation restrictions may require a different shipping method. If you have a question about your destination or shipping service, contact us before ordering.
International orders by request
International orders require individual approval. We review your destination and shipping cost before sending a custom invoice and secure payment link covering products and shipping. Your request does not place an order or take payment. Regular checkout accepts US shipping addresses only.
Warm or cold weather & your balm
Temperature changes during shipping can affect a balm’s texture. If your balm arrives very cold, let it return to room temperature. If it is too soft, place it in the refrigerator until it firms up.
If it has leaked, appears damaged, or the texture still seems unusual, email us with your order number and a photo so we can help.
